These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WhatsApp communications from Blue Peak Accountings (“we”, “us”, “our”), tax consultants (ITR, GST, Audit) based in Madhepura, Bihar, India, delivered through our “Bluepeak Accountings” application on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). By opting in to or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
We use WhatsApp to send you filing reminders, GST and ITR status updates, document requests, and replies to your support queries relating to our professional services.
2. Opt-In and Opt-Out
We message only clients who have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing admin@bluepeakaccountings.com.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and documents;
- Use our WhatsApp channel only for lawful purposes related to our services;
- Do not send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
- Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure.
4. Informational Nature of Messages
Reminders and status updates sent via WhatsApp are for convenience. Official filing deadlines and statuses are determined by the relevant government authorities and portals. Our professional advice is governed by our engagement with you.
5. Privacy
Your use of our WhatsApp service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Third-Party Platform
WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or failures of the WhatsApp platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed, undelivered or misread WhatsApp messages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
