User Data Deletion Instructions – Bluepeak Accountings

Blue Peak Accountings respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data collected through our “Bluepeak Accountings” WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) application.

Data Covered

Your name, WhatsApp phone number, and the content of messages (including shared documents) exchanged with us on WhatsApp.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to admin@bluepeakaccountings.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your full name and the WhatsApp phone number you used to communicate with us.
  3. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

You can also stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

Processing Time

We will process your request and delete your data from our systems within 30 days of receiving a verified request, and confirm by email once complete.

Exceptions

We may retain certain records where required by Indian tax, accounting or other applicable laws, or to resolve disputes; such records are kept only for the legally required period and then deleted. Messages already stored on your own device or within WhatsApp’s systems are governed by WhatsApp’s policies.
